We’re delighted to introduce our truly unique handmade Salmon, Mushroom, and Beef Wellingtons, crafted with care in small batches and wrapped in our golden, gluten-free pastry. Each is filled with rich, natural and unique ingredient, perfectly seasoned for a truly indulgent meal.
Deliciously satisfying and beautifully presented, they make a wonderful centrepiece for dinner with family or friends. All are gluten free, and can be made dairy free on request — because everyone deserves to enjoy real, wholesome food without compromise.
For those who love to cook, they’re also available to make in our En-Croute Cookery Class, where you can learn to craft your own from scratch.
